We offer our clients a range of options for the effective management of their financial affairs through the arranging and management of financial transactions. We work on either a Success Fee model or an Introduction Model – tailored to the requirements of our clients.

We implement the Success Fee model where a Company requires a once off injection of capital and requires Lionsbridge to manage all aspects of the transaction. Essentially, the clients receive a holistic solution to a once off funding requirement.

The Introduction Model is suited more towards a Company who requires a long term solution to funding. We have experience in raising funds, arranging transactions and managing investor relations in all major global markets, as a result we boast a significant network of potential investors. Under the Introduction Model we work closely with a company to identify potential markets. We then take the company on a Road Show and introduce them to investors in those markets. The Company benefits from a deeper market, access to capital throughout the world and networking opportunities with global financial leaders.

Where our clients have financial support we are able to support them in the negotiation and management of a transaction including assessing the strengths of the transaction and providing the professional services support required to complete the transaction.

Depending on the requirements of our clients and the tailored solution offered, we incorporate the Market Relations and Documentation service offerings into Corporate Finance in that we work closely with our clients to refresh and optimise the company’s investor materials. Where required, this may include a brand refresh.
